A country of perspectives

Different places.
Different lives.
Better questions.

The story behind a vote starts long before Election Day. Talk with people about the experiences that shape their views.

Who do you need to hear from?

Beyond the familiar.

Protect the conversation. Protect the findings.

Fake respondents.
Real consequences.

Fake identities, repeat respondents and people who miss your criteria can put your findings at risk. Focus Insite checks identity, location and study fit before confirming participants.

Same faces,
every study.

Familiar respondents. Familiar answers. Less room for a fresh perspective.

Hard-to-reach
groups left out.

Rural, older, right-leaning and rarely-surveyed voters can be missed when recruiting takes the easiest route.

Fake or repeat
respondents.

A convincing answer can still come from the wrong person. Identity, location and study fit all need checking.

The pre-election window

Election Day is close.
Voters are paying attention.

Straight answers

Good questions.
Honest answers.

Have a specific audience in mind?
Ask us what's feasible.

Is this polling?

No. We recruit participants for qualitative research, such as interviews, focus groups and online discussions. These studies explore experiences and perspectives. Recruits are not statistically representative, and findings should not be treated as population estimates.

Do you work for campaigns?

This service is for neutral research only. We do not support campaign activity, voter persuasion or get-out-the-vote efforts.

Can you reach my state, district or town?

Tell us the place and the audience. We assess feasibility for specific states, districts, counties and towns. Availability depends on the group and area. You'll get an honest feasibility check within 24 hours.

How fast can you field?

That depends on your audience, location, screening criteria and study format. We provide a feasibility check within 24 hours. That is a response commitment, not a guarantee that recruiting or fieldwork will be completed in that time.

Can we speak with the same people after the election?

Yes, we can plan for recontact when participants agree. Include follow-ups in the original brief so we can plan consent and availability. Participation at a later date is not guaranteed.

Do you sell voter lists?

No. We sell recruiting, not lists. We recruit and confirm people for an agreed research study.

How do you stop fake respondents?

Identity and location checks, screening, confirmation and checks for fake, duplicate and repeat respondents help us identify problems. No process removes every risk. We focus on authenticity and fit for your specific study.

Who are you?

Focus Insite is a Philadelphia-based qualitative research recruiting firm, founded by Jim Jacobs in 2015. We connect research teams with people who fit their study criteria. You run the research; we recruit and verify the participants.
